HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
STUDENT SELF REFERRAL

Students may fill out a counselor pass to see a counselor during the school day. The pass system is explained to students during the first counseling lesson. Teachers have passes in the classroom and students may also find passes outside of the counseling offices.
TEACHER/ STAFF REFERRAL
​
As school counselors, we are a resource for the classroom teachers. Teachers can request that we meet with students who are experiencing academic or personal challenges.
PARENT REFERRAL
​
Parents can request a meeting with their child's grade level counselor at any time throughout the school year. They can also request that the counselor meet with their child during the school day for concerns as needed.
